given the expanding globalization of the industry, and uncertainties in the U.S. marketplace, many experts believe that we are at risk of losing our leadership position.
This panel will discuss opportunities and challenges for the United States in terms of

industry’s priorities in the next congressional session, the biggest threats facing the
industry, and the role of the states in supporting medical innovation.
